Forget all those things you've heard and seen about Yoga, super slim people bent into all kinds of shapes, its great if that comes naturally to you but for most of us we're just not made like that.
Dru Yoga is an amazing way to rid your body of tension, build strength and flexibility slowly and calmly without pressure. Doing a regular Dru yoga class will wash away the tensions of the day and build inner calmness, ease any back or shoulder pain from sitting at a desk or car all day.
Through a series of gentle flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation Dru will support you in improving your health and well being.

Dru comes from the Sanskrit word dhruva, which refers to the stillness that can be experienced in Dru Yoga and meditation. In this stillness you can sit back from anything that may be happening around you and see and act more clearly and calmly.
