Qi gong

Qi gong is as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. The majority of movement is done standing but can be done seated in a chair if needed. It is a very gentle form of movement with focus on moving Qi through the energy channels rather than physical exercise. It is very accessible for most people. Classes are at the Garden studio on Wednesdays 10-11am. the cost is £24 for 4 weeks. Contact Karen to book or for further information.
