Qi gong is as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. The majority of movement is done standing but can be done seated in a chair if needed. It is a very gentle form of movement with focus on moving Qi through the energy channels rather than physical exercise. It is very accessible for most people.
