Discovering Energy Medicine

I came across Energy Medicine when I was going through a period of stress and illness. I had been diagnosed with Irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia and depression and had struggled with all this and stress from work all compounded to leave me with incredibly low levels of energy where I felt exhausted all the time and I just wanted to go to sleep. Clearly something you can't do if you are a busy working Mum. I started to do my own research into ways I could improve my health, I looked at many alternative health remedies all of which treated the physical body and then one day by chance I came across a book by Donna Eden called Energy Medicine for Women.

I started doing the exercises that she taught in the book and immediately noticed a difference in the way I felt. I also began to notice links between these movements and those that were incorporated in Dru Yoga which I had come across at the same time. Combining the two has had an incredible impact on the way I feel and I knew that I had to share these techniques with anyone who has ever felt like I did. They are easy to do and can be done almost any time, you just have to know what to do. I would like to invite you to come along to my classes and empower yourself by learning a self healing technique.

What is Energy medicine?

There are already many well known forms of energy medicine for example Acupuncture, Reiki, reflexology and the Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping). Energy medicine combines three main systems, the Celtic healing arts, Traditional Chinese Medicine and yoga principals. These systems have already mapped energy pathways. You can learn how to help energy flow freely down these channels.
There is a pulse and a rhythm to every cell in your body you can learn how to communicate with the vibrations of your body to amplify your healing power and increase your energy naturally.
